Terms and Conditions

Tantrumwerks strives to provide new and innovative products for you, and to deliver them quickly and professionally to ensure your satisfaction. These, however, are important terms and conditions for our services:

Returns & Exchanges

• Occassionally, the product you purchase just isn't what you were expecting. We will provide a full refund in most cases within the first 30 calendar days. Products must be unused in it's original packaging in re-sellable condition to be considered for a refund or full credit.
• A 10% restocking fee may be charged for "standard" returned items at Tantrumwerks's discretion depending upon circumstance.
• A 20% restocking fee may be charged for cancelled special orders and/or kits ("group buy" items and others specified by Tantrumwerks).
• Items that have been installed are non-returnable.
• Initial and return shipping will not be refunded unless products have been found to be defective.
• Returns will NOT be accepted without direct Tantrumwerks approval and instructions. Returns must be sent with a Tantrumwerks authorization number enclosed with your name and address. All returns must be insured by the customer upon shipment.

Manufacturer Warranties and Use of "Aftermarket" Parts

Website Errors

We do our best to catch errors on our website. If we have a typo in a description or price, we will contact you as soon as possible before shipment of your order. We will NOT honor descriptions or prices that were incorrectly displayed on our website.
